The shipping quotes generated at checkout are based on average dimensions and weights for the types of products purchased, however actual shipping prices may vary. If there is a major discrepancy between estimated and actual shipping prices, we will notify you before finalizing the order.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce the shipping costs to the customer.
We do not ship COD orders.
Damages - we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
